So, for the 4th, I headed down south of the Mason-Dixon line in Utah, a.k.a. Draper, to a barbeque at Brando's place. Gotta say, hella far out of the way, but really cute area and cute, cute, cute condo!
Started off the night drinking summer beer. And wow...never had it before, and I'm gonna just say it, I liked it, I liked it A LOT! Not usually a big drinker here, but it does make for a nice social lubricant to help me get over my social anxiety in large groups. And yeah, it worked. I had a blast. So Roommate, you missed out...ha! Cute heteroally-challenged (yeah, I totally made up that word) boys (and a really cute not-so-heteroally challenged one too).
Like I said, it's pretty way out of the way, but had a great view of the Salt Lake valley, as it's up on the mountain. Not jealous of your winter driving there Brando, not one little bit. And I think you may be required to have a passport to get back into America from Draper, but I'm not 100% sure.
Some things I learned at Brando's 4th of July barbeque:
1. I REALLY like summer beer, a lot!
2. Drunken Wii bowling kicks ass
3. Someone out there has way too much time on their hands to make safe for work porn (go ahead and youtube it...just not at work, cause I'm not sure it really is "safe for work")
4. Homo's, alcohol, a few non-homo's and fireworks...entertaining
5. One lighter, wind, and trying to light 5 fuses at once...not a genius level idea...but again, entertaining
6. Cute boys make good mops
7. The little spinning flower fireworks sometimes jump 6 feet into the air of their own accord
Hella good time! Thanks again Brando!
